Adsomatic Terms of Service

As a member of Adsomatic you agree to:

1. Never use this service to promote sites encouraging illegal activity, racism, or other sites the administrators deem to be inappropriate. Adult advertising is permitted.
2. NO SPAM, Never promote this service using any kind of unsolicited mail or other unacceptable forms of advertising. We reserve the right to take legal action against anyone found doing so.

UNACCEPTABLE ADVERTISING
Includes, but is not limited to: 1. Sending e-mail to anyone who has not specifically asked to receive it. 2. Posting to non-commercial newsgroups or newsgroups that do not allow advertements.

TERM:

Your account is good for life, there are no other costs or fee's.

 

WARRANTY: Your account will be set up and operational within 24 hours of order. All functions will work as advertised. Adsomatic does not advertise any type of guaranteed traffic. Like any other web page service, you are responsible for generating traffic to your site. There are no refunds once your account has been activated.

UPGRADES
Adsomatic reserves the right to update and upgrade the service including but not limited to user interface, procedures and documentation. Members will be notified when upgrades occur.

EMAIL ADDRESSES
Adsomatic agrees not to sell or rent the e-mail address of any member to any third party.

TERMINATION
This license will terminate automatically if you fail to comply with the limitations described herein. adsomatic.com has the right to terminate the license of any adsomatic.com member at any time.

LIMITED WARRANTY
Adsomatic does not warrant that your use of the Service will be uninterrupted, messages will be delivered, or that the operation of the Service will be error-free or secure. In addition, the security mechanisms implemented by Adsomatic service have inherent limitations, and you must determine that the Service sufficiently meets your requirements. Adsomatic is not responsible for Licensee's data residing on Adsomatic servers. Licensee is responsible for all use of Licensee's account and confidentiality of Licensee's password and information. If you violate the terms of this Agreement, then this warranty shall immediately be terminated.
